Whether you have a newly launched site or one with a long history, Cascade is there to help along the way. Our ongoing support options can be customized to fit your needs and compliment your internal site upkeep.
Whether you plan to do as much as possible yourself, or want to entrust most the site upkeep to someone like us, we’re here to help!
We’ve developed three straightforward options for you to choose from:
OPTION 1
For clients who only need occasional support. When you need help, simply contact us with your request and we’ll add it to our job queue (minimum 1 hour, increments of 15 minutes). We’ll send you an invoice at the end of the month for all support requests that month.
OPTION 2
When you need more frequent support and/or want regular assistance with the maintenance of their site, we offer pre-purchased blocks of time. We will help you estimate how many hours of support you’ll need over a 6-month timeframe and send you an invoice for that amount of time.
From there, you’re free to send us requests as issues arise and also let us know about any support items you want us to do automatically (like updates). When the hours in the block are used up (or at the end of the 6 months, whichever comes first), you can simply purchase another block, adjusting up or down as necessary.
Pre-purchased hours are more economical and also receive priority in our job queue. This is a great option for clients who don’t need a large amount of support, but still need regular assistance.
OPTION 3
When you need the kind of ongoing support a digital marketing firm would provide, but in a more economical form, we offer a monthly partnership for web support. We set aside a specified amount of time per month to care for your site and handle any tasks you need done. If something requires more time than is allotted in a given month, the task can be spread across multiple months.
In addition to tending to regular maintenance of your site, we also function as your partner in digital marketing and will schedule meetings with you to talk digital marketing strategy, efficiency, or even brainstorm about enhancements to your site or your overall digital marketing strategy.
