What about Content Updates & Changes to my site?

In order to provide changes to your site, Cascade Webworks offer two customizable options:

Prepaid Blocks

Clients who only need infrequent changes and prefer a pay-as-you-go model have the option of purchasing prepaid blocks of 3 hours. These hours remain on the client’s account and can be used for anything the client needs assistance with – including site changes, consultation on website-related issues, and assistance with other digital marketing tasks.

Monthly Support Plan

Clients who update their site a few times a year or more will find both savings and convenience in enrolling in a monthly support plan.

The monthly support plan takes the amount of support the client needs for the year and divides that into easy and consistent monthly payments. This Allows the client to have their website and digital marketing needs met without the hassle of managing their hourly balance.

In addition to convenience, the monthly support plan also provides a savings compared to prepaid blocks as well as some extra benefits like quarterly check-ins and reporting.
