What the Client Needed

Blessings of Hope was an established non-profit in need of a messaging revamp and site overhaul and reorganization that better directed their multi-faceted constituency to the information they needed. The website also needed to have a structure and user-interface that allowed for ongoing collaboration between our agency and their multi-member communications team.

The Cascade Solution

Cascade worked with the organization’s leadership put into words their passion and vision for the organization and helped them to craft that into easy to communicate language. We worked with the communications team to identify the key avatars in their constituency and work out straightforward visitor paths for each of those visitors. With the basic messaging and user experience issues tackled, we then moved on to building the website around multiple custom post types based on custom visual templates that allowed their communications team to easily add content to the site while maintaining consistent visual and technical standards control. The involved the creative use of various plugins to make each custom post type shine in how it served it’s intended function. The final piece was a revamped menu structure that allow the wealth of information and various resources on their website to be easily access, turning the site into an effective community hub.

Blessings of Hope needed a new website and Cascade did a great job working with us to create the website we needed. It turned out beautiful and easy to navigate. Working with Cascade was a great experience! They worked with us to ensure that the website is what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Cascade Webworks to anyone who is wanting to improve their online presence.
